How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our online store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and an email when it is ready to collect. Please order in the week prior to requiring collection.
What are your payment options?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed via paypal. We do not have access to or store credit card information
Where do I collect my order?
You can collect your order at the centre you have purchased from. Detailed pickup instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email.
How do I know my order is ready for pickup?
You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for collection.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 Hours of placing them. Please contact us at deli@bowereducation.com.au for any changes
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we can process a refund or replacement.
Are your products fresh?
All our products are freshly prepared and then frozen to lock in the flavour and nutrients. This ensures you receive the highest quality meals. Some meals like our pizza kit are not sold frozen, but can be frozen.
Storage and Cooking
Do Not Refreeze: Avoid refreezing food once it has been thawed, especially if it has reached room temperature, to prevent bacterial growth.
Cook Thoroughly: Ensure frozen food is cooked to the proper internal temperature
Follow Instructions: Please follow cooking instructions carefully to ensure safety and quality.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Please check product descriptions for detailed information on ingredients. At this stage we have limited products available but we will be adding more products in the future.
