Choose your centre on the order page, add the meals you’d like, pick Thursday or Friday for collection and send your order. You’ll receive an email to confirm it, and another when it’s ready to collect.

Please order by the end of Wednesday for collection the same week. Orders that arrive later are ready the following week.

There is nothing to pay online or at pickup. The cost of your order is added to your Bower fee account (Xplor) and paid with your usual fees.

Collect from the centre you chose when ordering, on Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm or on Friday from 7.30 am to 6 pm. Family meals are available at Ashgrove House, Cranley House and Wanslea. Kamilo’s Pizza Kit is available at Wendy’s.

We’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email deli@bowereducation.com.au with your name, centre and what you’d like to change.

Please contact us straight away and we’ll arrange a replacement or a credit to your fee account.

All our meals are freshly prepared by our chefs and then frozen to lock in flavour and nutrients. Some items, like Kamilo’s Pizza Kit, are sold fresh but can be frozen.

• Keep frozen until you’re ready to heat them.
• Do not refreeze food once it has thawed, especially if it has reached room temperature, to prevent bacterial growth.
• Heat thoroughly until piping hot all the way through.
• Follow the instructions on each meal carefully for safety and quality.

Each meal on the menu has a description of what’s in it. If your family has an allergy or dietary need, email us before ordering and we’ll tell you exactly what’s in each meal. Our range is small for now and we’ll keep adding to it.
