Privacy
Your privacy.
We take care with the information families share with us. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, mobile number if you add it, your child’s name, your centre, your collection day, the items you order and any notes, including allergies or dietary needs you tell us about.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare and confirm your order, tell you when it is ready, and add the cost to your Bower fee account. Your order goes to the Bower Deli team and to the director of the centre where you collect it.
We keep orders in Bower Education’s secure Microsoft 365 systems. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone outside Bower Education, unless the law requires it.

Questions and access
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a concern, by emailing deli@bowereducation.com.au. Families enrolled at our centres can also ask their centre director for Bower Education’s full privacy policy. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
